Most roof bills start as something you cannot see
Five things we check every visit, and what each one turns into if it gets left.

One tile out of place lets water onto the felt. Left through a winter, a two minute fix becomes a rebuilt section of roof.

Water runs down the wall instead of away from it. That is where damp patches on upstairs walls usually come from.

Lead lifts and mortar washes out over time. A very common place for a leak to start, and hard to spot from the ground.

Moss holds water against the tiles. In a hard frost that water expands and takes the face off the tile.

The mortar under them dries out and cracks. Loose ridge tiles are a leak risk and a safety problem in high winds.

Before you book
How does the inspection work?
Every plan includes an annual roof health check — full inspection, written report and an aerial photo, included in your cover. If your roof is fine, we tell you it is fine.
What is not covered?
Repairs up to £250 a visit on Basic and Standard, £500 on Premium. Bigger jobs like a full re roof are quoted separately, and we always tell you before anything goes beyond your cover.
How is this different from home insurance?
Most policies exclude wear and tear, which is most of what actually goes wrong with a roof. This is the maintenance side, and there is no excess.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled and there is no long contract.
Who turns up at my house?
An experienced local roofer covering your area. Everyone is fully insured and DBS checked.
Do you deal with normal roofing enquiries too?
Yes, we do. As well as our cover plans, we're happy to help with general roofing repairs and enquiries.
Do you only work with homeowners?
No. We also cover commercial and industrial properties, not just homeowners.
